NICK’S is the tasty Swedish food tech company that makes indulgent products with no added sugar that are better for us all.

 

Nick's Swedish Ice Cream made its debut in the USA, bringing a fresh, healthy twist to indulgent treats. Crafted with Scandinavian care, their mission was clear: introduce America to a new kind of ice cream — delicious, wholesome, and uniquely Swedish. This launch marked the beginning of their journey to blend Scandinavian purity with American flavor preferences. 

Enjoy a Creamy, Tasty Treat That's Also Lighter in Calories

The pint packaging was redesigned to emphasize indulgence rather than just health, making the ice cream appear richer and more luscious. During the photoshoot, the pints were styled to look like they were floating in the air, highlighting their light and airy nature.

Lagom, the Swedish Concept of Balance and Moderation

Instead of solely promoting ice cream, the campaign focused on mindful indulgence—enjoying treats in harmony with a healthier lifestyle—fostering a deeper cultural and emotional connection.
